In the rare case you're not obsessed with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same/different product within 10 days from receipt.
Whether you're looking to return your product for a full refund /exchange it, the shipping costs are supported by you.
Also a restocking fee of $4 per item will be applicable to all returns. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We accept returns on all merchandise. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.).
Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns.
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item. You MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund. Should notify us via text or email immediately.

Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.

Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Arrange and pay for the return shipping to our return address. Please make sue you are using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

As soon as we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund as per our refund policy. e. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 2-3 days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.
